From organic grain and organic bread

The Leitner family's beautiful organic farm is located in Niederwaldkirchen in the district of Rohrbach. A large number of animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner on the organic farm and provide the basis for information about the processes on an organic farm.

The Leitner family also farm and show how organic grain is turned into organic bread.
On the species-rich meadows around the farm, you can get close to nature and learn about the circular economy.

Programme (duration: 1.5 to 3 hours):

• Workshop: The path from organic grain to organic bread (incl. bread baking)
• How do the cycles work on an organic farm?
• "On the trail of nature" - biodiversity on the organic farm
• Special tip: The organic farm is particularly suitable for excursions with children (e.g. company outings with a programme for adults and children)

At Christmas time: Workshop "From organic grain to organic biscuits" (incl. baking).
Individual programme design possible after consultation with the farm.
