Valuable wild herbs, precious hedges The beautiful Seeleitnerhof is located directly on the Höllerersee. The farm has been run organically since 1992. There are many different wild herbs around the organic farm, which organic farmer Ulrike collects together with visitors, processes into various delicacies and cooks up in the outdoor kitchen. The Hörtlackner family has also planted an impressive hedge.
During guided tours along the approx. 1.5 km long hedge, there is a lot to learn about the meaning and purpose of hedges, the correct composition, the inhabitants and the utilisation of wild fruits and flowers.

• Workshop on ointments, tinctures, massage oils
• Organic bread & pastry workshop for children
• Culinary craft workshop for children (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day...)
• Workshop making your own fertiliser for the garden
