We keep oxen, pigs and turkeys on our organic farm in Niederwaldkirchen in the Mühlviertel. The slaughter and processing facilities are located directly on the farm. This means we can spare our animals and ourselves any transport. We give our animals time to grow and the meat time to mature. This enables us to offer a unique meat quality. Our aim is not to produce a cheap mass product for every day, but a food that is enjoyed with care and appreciation.
Anyone who buys from us at the farm has the right to look around, ask questions and be curious. We are happy to take the time for a chat and a tour of the farm.

The winter months are characterised by direct marketing directly on the farm. In the summer months we run the Jausenstation am Hansberg. Everything we don't produce ourselves comes directly from partner businesses in the region. At Hansberg you can enjoy food and drink with a view.
