26 years of stage experience, 15 beautiful princesses with their princes, 79 completely sold-out evenings, around 803 sausages eaten per evening by 120 actors, over 300 creative programme items - a carnival guild.

The 1st Marchtrenk Carnival Guild has over 163 members (including the guards), all of whom are involved on a voluntary basis either in front of or behind the stage. A carnival session requires a long period of preparation in order to fulfil the expectations of the 3,500 or so guests per session year. We can be particularly proud of our "Präsi" Willi Lehner, who, together with the presidium, creates the basis for the association with a great deal of passion and special commitment. In addition to the fun on stage, there is of course also plenty of fun backstage. Some describe the club as a "big family that meets every two years".
