The Schwanenstadt Public Library would like to invite you to visit its premises in Kirchengasse on the 1st floor! You have a large selection of approx. 8000 media, where you are sure to find something of interest for children, young people and adults.

A brief overview:

• approx. 700 picture books
• approx.2600 books for children and young people (including many well-known series and comics)
• approx.2800 novels (current literature and classics; current focus: Austrian crime novels)
• approx.1600 non-fiction books (travel guides, gardening books, medicine, technology, nature, history, economics, politics, religion, education, philosophy, psychology, art, etc.)
• 4 magazine titles (GEO, Welt der Frau, Psychologie heute, Konsument)
• approx. 70 audio books

Since September 2015, it has also been possible to borrow digital media (e-books) free of charge. To do this, it is necessary to obtain access data from the library. The prerequisite for this is registration as a reader and at least one borrowing of a medium in the last 730 days.
