Over 30 different bread specialities from the heart of the Innviertel region.
The master baker attaches particular importance to the origin and quality of the raw materials used, which he sources from the region wherever possible. Sailer breads are made without additives and are baked using natural sourdough. "We use butter, whey and natural ingredients," says Sailer. This is the only way we can live up to our slogan "Enjoyment has a name".
Specialities such as the Innviertler Brot, the Knoblauchstangerl or the Bürgermeisterbrot are enjoyed by customers far beyond the local borders.
The bakery is open seven days a week. Our customers can also shop with us from seven o'clock in the morning on Sundays.
