Cantienica® during pregnancy and for postnatal recovery
Prepare your body optimally for the birth and strengthen your pelvic floor (especially the innermost layer, the "levator ani") for a powerful birth. By optimising the alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep back muscles, strain and back pain can be reduced and your abdomen is protected from overstretching.
