Bäckerei Schmitzberger is a traditional bakery with two branches in Braunau am Inn, Upper Austria. For more than seven decades, the bakery has been supplying customers with a wide range of bread, pastries, cakes and snacks. "Quality over quantity" is also the principle of the master baker. "We still produce everything in-house, you can't get that anywhere else these days," says Ernst Schmitzberger, "we don't use any semi-finished products or anything like that."
