My studio is a space where feminine energy is consciously lived and strengthened. Here you can take time for yourself, feel deeply, and find new impulses for your health and well-being to take into your everyday life.

The offerings range from gentle pelvic floor yoga, which connects you to your inner source of strength, to nourishing Deep Rest sessions for deep relaxation, as well as Cranio Sacral Balancing, which can support the body in achieving a harmonious balance.

In addition, inspiring workshops with experts on various topics are held regularly. I would be happy to organize a lovely break for you and your friends or a special kind of team building for companies.
