Hike along the border to Schlüßlberg

The "Valentinsweg" starts at the "Silber in Silbersberg" or "Jäger in Jägersberg" cider taverns. On the ridge to Schlüsselberg, the trail heads westwards to the Römerweg, accompanied by a beautiful avenue of fruit trees. Hikers can enjoy fantastic views from here. The route then continues along the Römerweg through or along the edge of the forest to Oberndorf, then via Stadl (refreshments available at the Quellenhof inn near St. Valentin church) back through the forest to the villages of Ödt, Mitterleiten and Moosleiten; then from Sulzbach to the ascent to the starting point in Silbersberg or Jägerberg.
The hiking map is available from the market town office in Pichl bei Wels.
