BADESEE-HÖHENWEG | INNVIERTEL exercise arena

Rehazentrum - towards the main road to Wildenau - footpath and cycle path to Hinterholz - turn right via asphalt path to the bathing lake - shortly before, turn right to the country youth mowing center - continue to the tennis and soccer pitch - now along the Mettmacher Ache - uphill to Maierhof - Höhenweg - viewpoint - continue to Teinsberg - to the bathing lake - EVO course - Wildenau town center towards Aspach - in Eisecking turn right towards St. Veit - after approx. 1 km turn left - Weissau - Buchleiting - Mitterberg - Katzlberg  - back to the rehabilitation center 

Bathing lake - along the Mettmacher Ache - crossing of the bypass road to the Hohe Kreuz - at the Hohen Kreuz turn left towards the center of Wildenau - at the company premises of the Pichler company turn right - high trail to the Spitzberg Wildenau - via the Wildenauer path via Hinterholz back to Aspach
