Description:
The hiking trail is currently closed. It is partly located on private property, and the owner has closed the trail directly leading to the waterfall due to the risk of falling rocks and trees.
Admire your unspoilt natural surroundings, look out for rushing mountain streams and waterfalls along the way. You will also be able to marvel at the natural beauty of the "Gletscheröfen" - natural pools created by glaciers. You can also discover how people first came to the Echerntal Valley. Emperors and kings, hikers and mountain climbers, Romantic artists, poets. literary figures, cave explorers, hunters and gamekeepers all made this a favourite spot.
