Challenging circular hiking trail with "ups and downs" in extremely varied landscapes

From the market square slightly downhill to Kobling and the Schröckerbach. In the forest along the stream. In this section, the trail follows the Mysterious Honeybee hiking trail (information boards, bee information center, show bee hut). A short ascent leads to Oberhart and before the meadow and forest path down to the Danube. The trail follows the mightiest river in Europe for only a short distance, with great castle views, to the mouth of the Dreißenbach. In the Dreißenbach valley - a gem of a valley landscape - the path leads uphill along the stream. After the longest ascent, the Bockhübel offers a fantastic view of Neuhaus Castle, the Mühlviertel region and south to the Alps. The route leads through the Mühlviertel hills back to the starting point.
