At the summit enjoy the stunning circular view into the Kremstal valley!
From the village of Steyrling take the Pastorensteig climb via Seiteben to trail nr. 442 at the hunting house Jagdhaus Tragl and continue along the climb (to Kaltau Forststrasse) to the turn-off leading to the Kremsmauer summit climb (cross 1.599m, pyramid 1.604m). Sure-footedness essential!
Return the the turn-off and take the opposite climb to the high „Törl“ at 1.457m above sea level (deepest nick between the river Krems and the unmarked Falkenmauer wall). Return also possible via trail nr. 446.
Snow until late in the year and safety equipment at the onset of the northern descent (not for vertigo sufferers!). From the edge of the forest the steep but safe trail leads to the Krems spring and along the young stream to the railway station Obermicheldorf.
