Anton Bruckner probably knew the route from St. Florian to his birthplace Ansfelden very well. For cyclists following in his footsteps, it is well signposted as the R14 Anton Bruckner cycle path.
This leisurely cycle tour starts in Enns, the oldest town in Austria. Via St. Florian with its mighty baroque monastery and the burial place of Anton Bruckner, this circular route takes us to Ebelsberg in the south of Linz. There we turn onto the R4 Traun cycle path, which follows the course of the Traun and Danube rivers directly back to the starting point in Enns.Route: Enns - R14 Anton Brucknerradweg - St. Florian - Linz/Ebelsberg R4 Traunradweg - Asten R1 - Enns
