Wanderweg "Vom Herrensteig zur Höll"

The culture and history trail starts in the mill village of Reichenthal or at Kräuterwirt Dunzinger in Hirschbach. Beautiful, unspoilt paths on once important trading routes. No major inclines, partly through wooded areas, marvellous Mühlviertel hilly landscape. Numerous stations and sections of the trail with researched historical background inform hikers about the origins of settlement in our region.

Cultural sights such as Waldenfels Castle, the mill village of Hayrl and the baroque Reichenthal parish church are well worth a visit.
