Skate the City and visit the medieval brewing town of Freistadt.

Access points with car park: Fossenhofstraße, Fuchsenhofstraße or lift valley station

Walking direction: both directions possible

Refreshments available at the valley station of the ski lift

Running direction: both directions are possible, but as there is a steep section parallel to Koldaistraße (characterised by numerous gullies in the run-out area), it is advisable to run clockwise in this area with the current track layout.

As it is currently not possible to track as far as the Freistadt fire brigade due to a landowner in Vierzehn, the cross-country ski trackers travel from Rainbach via the LL16 Breitauloipe and the top station of the Freistadt ski lift to the Freistadt cross-country ski trail. It is therefore possible to ascend from the ski lift valley station via the Nordwaldkammeg to St. Peter and thus get to Rainbach on cross-country skis.
