Orte des Glaubens: Erholungsregion Auhof

Up to one of the most beautiful spots in MondSeeLand.

The hiking trail leads to the Wangauer Ache and along it to the B 151, which we follow for approx. 400 metres in the direction of Unterach until the turn-off to Bergen (Graubitzen bus stop). Follow the road uphill to the Oberberiger. There you have a marvellous view. Continue uphill to the Beriger "Taferl" (item 148). We follow the hiking trail to the Hochplettspitze, but turn right onto the farm track before the barrier. From the "Taferl", a forest and meadow path leads to Bergen. The further descent to the Auhof chapel (pos. 149) is signposted. We briefly walk along the road towards Mondsee until the cycle path turns left. Follow this back to the Graubitzer and along the hiking trail along the Wangauer Ache to the car park. The Unterberiger "Marterl" (item 150) is located directly on the B 151 just before the highest point of the road.
