Orte des Glaubens: Kapellendorf St. Lorenz

A rather shorter hike through the municipality of St. Lawrence.

At the St. Lorenz fire station (Florian statue, pos. 272) we cross the Fuschler Ache and meet the road at the Wistauder mill, where we turn right to the Kerschbaumer chapel (pos. 273) and take a detour to the viewing point at the Schneidermann cross (pos. 276). From the Lettner-Schmiedlechner-Marterl (Pos. 238) we take the Achenstraße. The Achbauer chapel (pos. 240) can be reached from the railway track. After the Aubauer-Marterl (Pos. 241) we continue in a south-easterly direction to Bichl, where we meet the Mondseestraße. To the left we come to the Kogler chapel (Pos. 280), to the right we head towards Wagnermühle and back to the car park. The Schruckmayr-Marterl (Pos. 282) is located on the main road (B 154).
