Pure summit pleasure in 4 days on 71 km

Along the Große Mühl, you’ll enjoy a relaxing first day to kick off your summit adventures. On the following days, you’ll hike to a new summit along the Bohemian Forest ridge, each over 1,000 meters high: Plöckenstein, Stinglfelsen, Bärenstein

Enjoy the varied panoramic and sweeping views, pause to reflect at the highest points in the Mühlviertel, and recharge your energy at these special places of power.

Did you know that the forest creates its own unique forest climate? Take deep breaths of the oxygen-rich forest air, filtered through the trees, and strengthen your immune system.

Stage 1: Aigen-Schlägl – Schwarzenberg, 19 km
Stage 2: Schwarzenberg – Holzschlag 21 km
Stage 3: Holzschlag – Hintenberg 16 km
Stage 4: Hintenberg – Aigen-Schlägl 14 km

Note: For Stage 2, be sure to wear sturdy shoes—hiking poles are also very helpful! This is a challenging stage. The descent after Plöckenstein is difficult.
