- Summit route
At the wayside shrine on Platten, first walk north on the gravel road and then it goes steadily uphill to the saddle where the hiking trail from Hochramskogel joins. From there, go along the south slope below the cave and then left to the summit.
Hiking trail: E04 or variant E32 from Hochramskogel
At the wayside shrine on Platten, first walk north on the gravel road, followed by the first ascent through the forest. At the junction with the forest road, first keep right and then immediately turn left onto the hiking trail. This runs initially parallel to the forest road, then climbs and ends in a saddle where the path from the Hochramskogel snack station also joins. The narrowing path crosses the south slope of the Lindaumauer below the cave and after a short section where it makes sense to use your hands for support, you approach the summit from the eastern side.
Tip:Pay a visit to the rock cave located just above the path (bring a flashlight)!
Paths covering:
All year round - depending on the weather
