Starting point is at the municipal office Geboltskirchen, here you follow the Nature Friends fitness trail along to the Stone Table (prayer of the forest, image of Mary). Continue to the Arminger Holzplatz (last gymnastics equipment), where there is a table and benches for a comfortable rest. Now cross the Eberschwanger Straße. The path leads along the Hohlweg (a bit swampy at the end) and straight across the adjacent meadow through the village of Arming to the Eberschwanger Straße. Cross this again, turn left and over the Spirkhügel (Bankerl) back to the starting point.
