The path leads from the parking lot at the dam along the reservoir towards Konzinger Steg. Along the way, you will find numerous motor skills stations to try out. Over the Konzinger Steg, you reach the opposite side of the lake, where you will find more motor skills stations and can return to the dam. Enjoy the view from the dam into the breathtaking Rannatal Nature Reserve before starting your journey home.

Besides brook and rainbow trout, pike, doctor fish, carp bream and wels catfish, there are also zander and carp in the waters of the Ranna.
The Ranna and the two lakes of the Ranna are situated 3-10 km outside of Pfarrkirchen. Parking facilities are available.
A) Artificial lake: At the left side of the Ranna, from the confluence of the rivers Osterbach and Grenzbach in Oberkappel until the dam wall, as well as the right side of the Ranna until the dam wall. Fishing is possible from sunrise to sunset.
3 fishing rods, feeding is allowed up to 2 litres; fishing at the boat is not allowed.
B) Ranna river: From the confluence of the Osterbach until the Langmühle; fishing is only permitted with the fly!
Restrictions: Only 3 game fishes a day, max. 7 fishes.

At 10 stations along Ranna reservoir, you`ll find many training options to keep fit and healthy for everyday life
The trail begins just after the dam wall and leads in direction of Oberkappel to the so-called "Konzinger Steg" footbridge. After crossing the fottbridge, the trail continues down the lake with five stations. Training options for keeping fit and healthy include cardiovascular training, strength training, balance training, stretching, brain gym, all the way to the foot world of experience at the tenth and last station. After the fitness trail at "konzinger Steg" footbridge begins at Kneipp-path, leading directly to Oberkappel along six Kneipp stations ( 2km)
