The Alpine Club Trail No. 50 Plesching - Daxleitner leads from Kilimandscharo Grill in Plesching (near the bus stop) via Am Predigtstuhl, Bimesbauer farm, Stoettner farm, Trail junction No. 51 and through the Steyregg Forest to the Daxleitner Guesthouse.

Description:
From Kilimandscharo Grill in Plesching near the bus stop we hike up the narrow street "Am Predigtstuhl", the former sacred site of the same name is no longer accessible today, it is located in the middle of a mouflon enclosure! After 1.6 km we reach the Donausteig rest area "Pfenningberg/Linzblick", an opportunity for a short break with a view over Linz. We pass the Bimesbauer farm, at the next Stoettner farm we keep left and after 1.2 km reach the trail junction (bench) with Alpine Club Trail No. 51, here we continue left. At the end of the path awaits the Donausteig rest area "Mühlviertelblick", but also the Daxleitner Guesthouse (505 m) is only 5 minutes away!Equipment:
