Zwickelgraben route

Description:
Start at the marketplace heading west, past the transformer downhill by a fish pond to Vorderkesselberger. 50 m before that turn left to "Mösl", from the house "Eder" head north into the romantic "Zwickelgraben", crossing the Dimbach several times and after a climb reaching the farms "Herzog" and "Fuchs" along the Ettenberg goods road to "Kern", where you turn right, past "Starzenbichlerhof" and after "Hinterkesselbergerhof" turn left over a field path towards Schlossberg and Nepomukteich, via Klostersteig back to the starting point.Tip:

• For culture enthusiasts, a visit to the Waldhausen collegiate church is recommended (audioguide via the Danube Stories app)


• As a short connecting hike, the Honey Extractor Trail (1.5 km, starting point Gasthof Reutner) is recommended with lots of information about the world of bees.
