Short description:
From Enghagengut, this route leads through the Veichltal to the Moar im Hof (Roßleithen) and continues to the Mostschenke Horner, where there is a possibility to stop for refreshments after registration. The route then continues via the Haslersgatter to the Dörflmoar and Hanslalm, where a stop is also possible after prior registration.

Please do not forget to save the route "offline" before you start (top right), as mobile reception is not always available in the forest wilderness of the national park.Safety guidelines:

Use of the riding trails is at your own risk. Scenic elements (mountains, valleys, rocks, gorges...) are natural hazards and require time reserves in planning.

Riding rules:

- Riding is permitted in the national park from April 15 to October 31; on other riding trails, year-round; from two hours after sunrise until one hour before sunset.

- Ride only on marked routes! Riding is a special experience of nature. Wild animals do not run away from the rider. They consider the rider a strange type of animal. However, horses are not always predictable when encountering animals, hikers and cyclists. For this reason, riding in the national park is only allowed on marked riding routes!

- Please reliably close all pasture gates.

- Many riding routes are also designated as cycling paths. Always expect oncoming cyclists or motor vehicles.

- Some routes are long and the terrain is partly steep. Please do not overestimate yourself or your horse and do not forget sufficient provisions.

- Please understand that adherence to usage guidelines and possession of a valid day or annual permit will be checked.

A day permit costs €5.00 per day, an annual permit costs €30.00 per year.

Annual and day permits are available at the Nationalpark Kalkalpen visitor centers and at riding businesses in the region.
