From Spital am Pyhrn to Admont on the Benedict pilgrimage route!
From the Spital am Pyhrn collegiate church, follow the Weinmeisterstraße, past the youth guesthouse on to the Dr Vogelsang gorge, reaching the Bosruckhütte after approx. 1 hour and later the "Rohrauerhaus" at 1,308 metres. Via romantic forest paths, the route first leads to the "Pyhrgasgatterl" (Upper Austria and Styria border) and then downhill to the Gstattmaier Alm and a forest path out to the Mühlau power station. Later, you follow the wild and romantic "Salzlehrpfad", which leads through the floodplain landscape of the Eßling to Admont.
