This impressive running route leads through the idyllic landscape of the Bohemian Forest and offers a nature experience and sporting challenge in one.

The starting point is right next to Schlägl Abbey in the picturesque market town of Aigen-Schlägl. From there, the route follows forest roads and forest paths up to the Haagerberg deep into the Bohemian Forest. The fresh forest air revitalises the senses and the tranquillity of nature gives free rein to your thoughts. One highlight is the Bayerische Au nature reserve, an upland moor with picturesque views.
