Fischlham round

These walks start at the community centre. The route follows the Fischlhamerbach stream, past our lovely parish centre with its famous ‘Fischerkanzel’.

The route continues along the Forellenweg uphill to the former Fischlham water reservoir behind the Gabersbergerhof. Following a dirt track with magnificent views of the mountains, the route heads towards Steinerkirchen and down the farm track to the Heischbach, before climbing back up to Lahen. Shortly before the Thalheimer Landesstraße, the red circular route turns left at kilometre three onto a farm track and leads via Penzenberger (car repair workshop) back to Fischlham.
