This gravel tour is exactly what you would expect from a successful tour. Sometimes you roll over asphalt, sometimes over firm gravel or natural forest floor. Some of the meadow paths are well worn, others are a little more challenging, which gives the tour an appealing rhythm. Some of the technical climbs are short and demanding, but are immediately rewarded with sweeping views over beautiful farms and open countryside. The Alps are a constant companion - sometimes directly in front of you, sometimes to the side, sometimes lagging behind you.
