For more than two hundred years, the secrets and experience of traditional fruit distilling have been handed down and developed from generation to generation! With its two hundred years of history, our fruit distillery is not only one of the oldest but also one of the best in the country.

In the cosy dining rooms, guests can indulge in game dishes from local forests or char from the hotel's own pond. Seasonal delicacies from the region are also always conjured up on the plate. On warm summer evenings, you can relax under the old chestnut trees in the peaceful and idyllic guest garden while listening to the splashing of the fountain. If it gets a little late in the evening, you can spend the night in the newly renovated and very quiet guest rooms.

We will spoil you with our seasonal delicacies and our barrel-aged fruit and berry brandies.
