The listed Art Nouveau villa with a modern extension is situated in a wonderful, sunny, secluded location with a panoramic view of the mountains at the end of an impressive avenue surrounded by meadows and fields. Our philosophy is in line with national park and environmental thinking and we have been awarded the eco-label as a Green Hotel. We can count ourselves among the best seminar hotels in Austria and were awarded the Golden Flipchart for this in 2019 and honoured as the federal state winner of Upper Austria.

Sonnenfels, Luchsboden and Mayrwipfl are 3 seminar rooms professionally equipped with the appropriate technology and seating arrangements in very pleasant surroundings. There is plenty of natural daylight and the seminar rooms range in size from 50 to 75 m². Common areas for group work are provided in the seminar rooms, the fireside room “Schleierfall”, in the garden or on the terrace.
