Overall, the apartment has a total size of approx. 100 square meters and therefore offers enough space for guests with children to relax and feel good! With a bedroom with a double bed and one with three single beds (or a cot for a toddler on request), nothing stands in the way of a larger family's vacation.
The apartment on the upper floor is furnished with solid wood and consists of two bedrooms (in the picture on the right the bedroom with double bed), living room and kitchen (one large room), as well as toilet and bathroom (with shower and bathtub). From the windows in the kitchen-cum-living-room you have a direct view of the garden into the green, swimming pond and the adjoining meadow.
The living room consists of a multi-part, comfortable sofa set and forms a room unit with the kitchen / living room. In addition to satellite TV and radio in the living area, you will find various books for adults and children in the anteroom. Furthermore, board and card games are available for every age group.
The bathroom of the apartment on the first floor is equipped with a spacious shower cabin as well as a high-quality bathtub and washbasin.

The approx. 95 square meter apartment on the ground floor is equipped with solid wood furniture. In addition to two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed or, on request, with a cot for a toddler), the apartment consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, large bathroom and separate toilet. A large, bright corridor serves as the central connecting piece between the individual rooms. If you look out of the windows in the kitchen-cum-living-room, you can see the garden directly, have the swimming pond in your eye and can supervise the children from the house.
The kitchen consists of a large room that is optically divided by an approx. 1.5 meter high room divider. The kitchen has both a dining table and all the equipment (crockery, cutlery, fridge with freezer compartment, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) to allow your own cooking skills to run free.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa set, solid wood furniture, TV (with satellite reception), video recorder and radio. You will also find various books for adults and children in the anteroom. Furthermore, board and card games are available for every age group.
