The Mairhof and its people - we love what we do. Norbert looks after the large orchard. This is where the apples ripen for our excellent apple juice. During the cherry season it can happen that the farmer can be found in the cherry tree. He then distills the fruits to make his wonderful “100% Haid Kirschwasser”.
