Experience the special atmosphere in our hotel, because Das Franzl is different from the many traditional hotels in the region. All rooms & flats are lovingly and imaginatively furnished with vintage furniture and unusual decorative surprises. Tradition and modernity merge to create an exciting & unique concept. Each floor has its own theme: on the ground floor you sleep in the "garden", on the first floor in the "tree zone" and on the second floor in the "mountains". There is free fast Wi-Fi in all room categories!

We attach great importance to regional and high-quality ingredients at the breakfast buffet and in the small restaurant "Franzls Fischzeit". From June to August, try our succulent Salzkammergut Steckerlfisch or a crispy organic grilled duck! In addition, there are our tasty tarte flambée in new variations, freshly topped with the best ingredients. Every Friday from June to August we serve you our burger creations in Franzl's garden!

A real highlight for young and old are our alpacas and mini ponies, they always ensure a good mood and very special holiday photos!
A leisurely walk leads after only 800m to the beautiful Berau Bay on Lake Wolfgangsee.The bathing area with sun loungers, the fitness studio, the sauna and the sports hire are also available to our guests.

With our e-scooters with a speed of 25kmh and a range of 60km, all destinations around the lake are easily accessible.

Our mini campsite with 5 pitches offers you a tranquil camping experience with a personal touch away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Our glamping dome and the tiny house in the garden with a transparent roof, perfect for romantic stargazing, offer you an extraordinary overnight stay.
