Welcome to the Alexandra holiday home, a cosy retreat for up to 8 people, nestled on a sunny south-facing slope at the southern end of Lake Traunsee. The house is situated on a hill at the edge of the forest and offers a breathtaking view of the Langbathtal valley and the Feuerkogel - the perfect place for peace and relaxation.

Ground floor: Here you will find an inviting eat-in kitchen, a living room with pull-out couch, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate WC. From the dining area you have direct access to the spacious 16 m² balcony with comfortable balcony furniture - ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.

Upper floor: Another large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a separate WC provide additional comfort.

Additional amenities:

Pure cotton bed linen as well as soft towels and bathrobes are of course provided.

The garden is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and there is a high-quality Weber barbecue for barbecue lovers.

Important information:

The house is not barrier-free.

The last 200 metres to the house are only accessible on foot.
