Within a 200-meter radius, you will find grocery stores, a bank, a doctor, a pharmacy, cafés, playgrounds, and a city bus stop! The train station is also just 5 minutes away from the apartments. Additionally, you can reach a traditional wine tavern at the foot of the Damburger mountain in about a 10-minute walk.
