The "Kuferhaus" is located almost directly on the Traunsee in Gmunden - about 30 minutes from Salzburg or the German border. Complete house and garden for sole use. Fenced garden (fence height approx. 140 cm). Whirlpool with lake view in the garden and high quality equipment with free WLAN, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, whirlpool in the garden, 42 inch flat TV, SONOS music system, Playstation.

The house was originally built in 1849 but has been completely renovated without destroying the rustic character of the house. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor (accessible via a spiral staircase) and have a cosy atmosphere due to the exposed wooden beams. Directly from the holiday home you can start beautiful walks along the lake - there are also parks and promenades along the lake. There are many other lakes in the Salzkammergut where you can also swim with your dog (we are happy to pass on information to our guests!).
