Fenced-in area for children. Dogs welcome - numerous excursions and walks in the surrounding area!

The house is located on the Großalmstraße in Altmünster with a wonderful panoramic view over the Traunsee and into the mountains. The house is a good starting point for numerous excursions in the region - Gmunden is about 3 minutes away by car.

*** Bathing places ***

At the lake (approx. 2 minutes by car) there are good opportunities for swimming in the Traunsee. Both in the lake directly or in 2 nearby swimming pools (Solarbad Altmünster, Strandbad Gmunden). There are also several lake accesses for dogs.

*** Walks with and without dog ****

Numerous excursion possibilities in the surroundings of Altmünster and Gmunden. Directly from the house 1x across the road you come to beautiful paths with a wonderful landscape and beautiful lake views.
