Proud Upper Austrian craftsmen have transformed the spring house from 2017 to 2018 from a cottage relic into a haven of unparalleled beauty. With joy and care, according to the plans of Arkade Architects and all the rules of art.

The source house stands for an architecture and equipment that more than meets high standards. With many of the remarks, details such as the floating precious metal staircase between the upper floor and the Firstraum and a kitchen in which even at Cookware & Cutlery compromises in terms of quality were excluded.

From the motorway exit Hinterstoder / St. Pankraz follow the signs to Hinterstoder. Drive through the village, after the end of the village you drive about 2.4 kilometers into the valley. After the Rinnergut it goes left up to the source house.
