The comfort is made up of the tranquillity, peace and proximity of nature. Bathroom and kitchen unit (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) are newly done but if you wish, you can also use an old wood-fired oven for cooking or heating.
This small, romantic and charming farmhouse has been renovated by using simple means so that the original character is still preserved and can be felt. The comfort lies in the peace, seclusion and proximity to nature. The bathroom and kitchen block (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) have been newly furnished and you can also use an original old wood stove for cooking or heating.

Two rooms are equipped with a single bed and one room with a 160cm wide double bed. Baby cot or extra bed can be made available. Hand and bath towels are available. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost if required. Fresh eggs can be purchased from the neighbor and contact person.
The bathroom and kitchen block (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator) have been refurbished, but you can also use the old wood stove for cooking or heating.

The house is located on a slight slope, at the beginning of the Mühlviertel hill country with a view to the west (evening sun) over the Eferdinger basin.
It is in the middle of nature, surrounded by old walnut trees and not accessible by car. It can be reached on foot via a short ascent (1-2 minutes).
