The lake view apartment lets you look from the living room and bedroom onto the lake. The lake is always in view. And only a few meters away at any time ready for a jump into the cool water.
All guests can use the terrace in front of the house, hovering over the lake road and yet are directly on Lake Hallstatt. The old access for the laundresses to the lake is still freely accessible and you can go swimming directly from the house.

Nestled into the mountain over two floors, the maisonette welcomes you with a bathroom in which you can dance. You should be sporty for this flat, as the bathroom is located one floor below. The bedroom faces the mountain and offers a typical miniature balcony facing south. The living room is equipped with a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle so that you can have breakfast on your dream balcony. From the sofa you can look out towards the lake or through the skylight at the mountain scenery that frames Hallstatt.

The Seeblick Apartment is located on the ground floor and typical for Hallstatt, yet many steps above the Seestrasse. Bedroom and living room offer a wonderful lake view. The kitchenette offers the possibility to prepare breakfast.
The Seeblick flat has earned its name. From the living room and bedroom you have a view of the lake and across to Obertraun. You reach your flat via a separate entrance, past the pear tree and hydrangeas. When the morning sun rises, you can enjoy it from your flat or on the bench in front of it.

The studio flat is the largest of the three units. The bathroom, bedroom and living room look out over the lake. The balcony faces south and east. The conservatory faces the mountain. You can prepare breakfast in the kitchenette.
The studio is perfect for couples or friends travelling together. The spacious living room facing the lake offers space for dining and relaxing together. From the cosy conservatory and balcony, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the lakeside promenade over breakfast or an afternoon coffee. The local bakery, which offers delicious fresh pastries and homemade cakes, is located directly opposite. You arrive and immediately feel where you are, because you are right in the middle of it: in the historic village centre, the lake tangibly in front of the house, climbing stairs, the rock and the water very close.
Authenticity at a high level: The lake can be felt in every room - from the living room and bedroom you can look out over the lake, but you can also let your gaze wander over the lake while brushing your teeth. And the day starts at a slower pace. And when the days get shorter again and autumn arrives in Hallstatt, there is hardly anything more relaxing than a bath in the spacious bathtub at the end of the day. The living room is equipped with a small kitchen with a small fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, so you can have breakfast on your dream balcony.
