The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and includes a small patio area in the large garden belonging to the house.

The eat-in kitchen and the bedroom (bed linen provided) are south-facing with a wonderful view of the garden.
The bathroom has a hairdryer and towels.

In the immediate vicinity there are two large playgrounds (approx. 2 and 6 minutes' walk), the town square of Altheim (approx. 5 minutes' walk) with shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés.

With your guest card you get free entry to the heated outdoor swimming pool in Altheim (15 minutes' walk) as well as to other excursion destinations such as the Roman Museum,...

Our vacation apartment is located directly on the Roman cycle path and is therefore the perfect starting point for beautiful bike tours.

Right next to our house is the Altheimer Ache, which invites you to take beautiful walks.

The Spa Resort Geinberg is 6 km away.
Bad Füssing is also only approx. 17 km away.

The beautiful Augustinian monastery "Stift Reichersberg" as well as the baroque market place of Obernberg and the castle complex with the attached falconry Adlerwarte Obernberg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
