Our high quality equipped, 65m² large flat in a Gründerzeit house from 1880, is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. The general reconstruction of the flat was completed in December 2019.

The 30 m² living room is additionally equipped with a kitchenette and a dining area. The cozy living area offers 3 relax units and a pull-out double bed (150x200) for additional sleeping possibilities, a 55 inch TV (movie video library for a fee) with internet, Alexa and WLAN 80 Mbit/s, which is freely available in all areas.

The kitchen includes ceramic hob, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine (coffee included), kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc.

Our top equipped bathroom welcomes you with a 2 meter wide shower with non-slip tiled floor, a GROHE rain shower with thermostatically controlled water supply for the optimal water temperature, a designer vanity, a large mirror with integrated TV and a stylish dressing table with magnifying mirror.

The 12 m² bedroom faces the courtyard and therefore guarantees quiet hours at night. The two 90 x 200 cm beds can be easily moved to form a double bed.

A separate toilet and an approx. 5 m² anteroom round off our holiday flat.

Studio, Dusche und Bad, WC

After the great success of our Fewo am Dom, in July 2021 we opened our new, 29 m² Industrial Studio am Neuen Dom (in a Gründerzeit house from 1880), which is located on the ground floor. The completely newly renovated toilet is outside the studio across the hall (to avoid odor nuisance in the studio) and is at your sole disposal. It has an infrared heater that is temperature-controlled and provides cozy warmth (please see the photos). The studio has 2 single beds 90x200 which can be moved to a double bed if desired. We designed and built the bathroom ourselves. It is separated from the rest of the room and equipped with a washbasin and a shower cubicle. The dining area is right next to the large window (equipped with a radio shutter). You will find a coffee machine, coffee pods and tea accessories, as well as a kettle, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, glasses and wine glasses.
