The monastery of Traunkirchen was founded in 1020 and had had an important impact on the development of the Salzkammergut region for many centuries. Nowadays it is again one of the cultural and spiritual centers of the Salzkammergut. The historic building has been restored with great effort and a lot of care for more than 20 years. Today the monastery impresses with its baroque splendor. After a fire it was rebuilt in baroque style by the Jesuits from 1632 to 1730.
The monastery hosts the International Academy of Quantum Physics and numerous other university events as well as large congresses and unique celebrations and festivities.
Two double rooms and the entire Private Suite can be booked.

Station Traunkirchen Ort only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Station Traunkirchen 5 minutes by car. Hotel train shuttle on request available.

4 nights -10 % discount, 7 nights and more - 15% discount on the total price.
Children:
