The holiday flat is located at ground level in the former Ettinger Hotel.

The special feature of this holiday flat is its own bathing place, which can be reached on foot across the road and which provides shade all day long even without parasols thanks to a large willow standing by the water. A paddle boat, stand-up paddle, beach loungers and various beach toys for children are available as well as a "beach shell" for baby or dog.

General price information

The minimum booking period is 5 nights The costs for the apartment are € 150,-- per day, no matter how many people come - in addition there are community taxes of € 2,-- per adult and day as well as a final cleaning fee of € 90,--. For a dog, which I would be happy to have, I charge € 15,-- per day. The use of the bathing area is included in the price of the apartment.

For a couple occupancy (2 persons) I reduce the all-inclusive price for the flat to € 100,-- per day. For an occupancy of 3 persons a reduced price of € 120,-- per day applies.

Arrival is generally from 4 p.m., departure until 10 a.m. to ensure a proper final cleaning.

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house

In case of an earlier arrival, the apartment can be occupied earlier, if the final cleaning is ready. In any case, the bathing area can be used before 4 pm (weather permitting). This also applies after checking out to refresh yourself from the beautiful Traunsee with a bath before the journey home.
