Industrial Studio am Dom

After the great success of our apartment at the cathedral, we opened our new 29 m² Industrial Studio at the New Cathedral (in a Gründerzeit house from 1880) on the ground floor in July 2021. The entire renovation was carried out by us personally and all the furnishings were selected or built ourselves with great attention to detail. The completely renovated toilet is located outside the studio across the hallway and is at your sole disposal. It has infrared heating which is temperature controlled and provides cosy warmth. The studio has 2 single beds 90x200 which can be moved to a double bed if desired. The bathroom was designed and built by us. It is separated from the rest of the room and equipped with a washstand and a shower cabin. The dining area is located directly at the large window (equipped with a radio-controlled roller shutter) with a view of the Waltherstraße. Coffee machine, coffee pods and tea accessories are provided, as well as a kettle, fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses and wine glasses.
