This is a large country house (450 m2) with garden. The house is very bright and open with natural wooden floors. The galleried room is 49m2 and has a galleried area where the double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a Novel sleeping chair (90 x 200 cm) are located. Downstairs there is a Joka pull-out couch (180 x 200 cm), a sitting/dining area, TV, fridge, kettle. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is opposite the room and shared with the other Airbnb room. The best thing about the room is the view from the windows and the private balcony with beautiful views of Lake Traunsee and "Sleeping Greek".

IMPORTANT FOR ALLERGICS: 3 cats and 1 dog ^=..=^ live in the house! They are not allowed in the guest rooms.

This room does NOT have a lake view. However, there is a small seating area (table, chairs) available on the balcony for this room, from where you have a beautiful view of the Traunsee, Traunstein, sleeping Greek and even Traunkirchen. The lake can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (Esplanade, Solarbad). The room has a small seating area with TV, small fridge, kettle, WLan. Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm wide). Bathroom/WC is for sharing. 3 cats + 1 dog in the house ^=..=^

Please use the kitchen only until 8 pm. However, there is a small fridge in the room for drinks and small meals. There is a small table and chairs for this room on the balcony. Smoking is also allowed there. Wonderful view of the lake and the Alps! In the morning there is free coffee from my Jura coffee machine - please ask.

You get your own keys, you can come and go as you please. The kitchen is accessed through the private open plan living area - so I ask that you only use it until 8pm. Prepare small dishes and breakfast. In the morning you are welcome to drink coffee from my Jura coffee machine. In the attic floor of the house are our private rooms. My mother lives in the flat on the ground floor.
