Our holiday apartment is in the former Hotel Seebachhof, on the 3rd floor of the main building. In the stairwell, numerous pictures and sculptures are reminiscent of this glorious time of the house!

Hiking, skiing (Hinterstoder, Wurzeralm) or swimming fun (Gleinkersee) - start your individual holiday with the whole family! With a very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner), our apartment is ideal for longer stays. The following can be used jointly in the residential complex: outdoor pool, tennis (carpet), billiard table, table tennis, table football, barbecue (brick), fireplace. The neighbor is a horse farm and riding club with a riding hall.

Bright, spacious attic apartment with 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment is spread over two floors and is connected by a spiral staircase. Bathroom with vanity (mirror), bathtub and shower wall attachment on the bathtub. Living room and dining room are one big room. The dining area has a corner seat and chairs in a rustic style. Living room has a couch, which can be pulled out and used for sleeping. WiFi is available. The kitchen contains crockery, cooking utensils, microwave oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, drying rack, refrigerator and dishwasher. The equipment has been selected in such a way that longer stays are also possible without any problems. In one of the upper bedrooms there is a desk and a desk chair, so that undisturbed teleworking is possible. There is a lift to the second floor, but it is rather slow.

Your host

I am a passionate craftsman and bought and renovated the apartment together with my wife in 2021. We are sporty and like to go skiing, hiking and playing tennis. That's why we have so much fun with our holiday apartment in Roßleithen. Now we share this joy with our guests.
