Michael learned his confectionery trade in Münster, graduated as a master confectioner in 2013 in Berlin and has since travelled all over Europe as a patissier. His last stop was the Hotel Sacher in Vienna, where he crossed paths with Sarah. Together they are passionate hosts and stand for quality and craftsmanship.
